      hello my friend well one of my kidneys stopped working so i was in the hospital had it removed so now recovering from my operation im ok in pain a bit but glad to be home always no im hear for you if u need a friend have a good day love julie

      Sorry to hear about the loss of your friend :-( I hope to get some nice photos of the horses up on my site soon. They are both x bred Appaloosa's. Mellow my mare is 25 yrs, Cochise my gelding 19 yrs. They have been turned out for some time due to my on going lower back pain :-( They don't seem to mind, keeping themselves fit galloping around our rolling paddocks :-) Hope you are having a great week!

      Hey there fellow Loyal Canadian! It's nice to know there's a lot of on here....I'm playing catch up and still working out to Criss here in Winnipeg 3 times a week, bike indoors, walk outdoors and cycle outdoors rain or shine, I even wear his T-shirt when I work out, If Criss only knew.....Hope all is well with you , what's new?
